How We Make Our Money

We don't charge our residential customers a fee for working with our mortgage brokers. Here's how that works - no catch, just transparency.

Free for You, Paid by Lenders

When we successfully arrange a mortgage for you, the lender pays us a commission (known as a procuration fee). This means you get expert, whole-of-market mortgage advice without paying us a penny.

This is standard practice across the mortgage industry. The commission we receive does not affect the interest rate or terms of your mortgage - you'd pay the same rate whether you went directly to the lender or came through us.

Here's How It Works

  1. You come to us - You tell us about your mortgage needs
  2. We search the market - We compare deals from 70+ lenders to find your best options
  3. We recommend - We explain which deal we think is best for you and why
  4. We handle the application - We submit your application and manage it through to completion
  5. The lender pays us - Once your mortgage completes, the lender pays us a commission

Our Fees Never Affect Our Advice

Our recommendations are always based on what's best for you, not which lender pays us the most. We're regulated by the FCA and have a legal obligation to act in your best interests.
